Default Hid Help

Hey guys new to the forums and 2017 XLT F150. Love the truck but Halogen bulbs sucked. I bought the Anzo switchback headlights and went with Morimoto HID kit 35w H7 5500k for high and low beams. I hooked everything up with two relays for high and low on each side. I tested the lights and everything looked great. When I actually drive the truck for roughly 15 min my low beams will start to turn off. It's usually one side at a time so I will flip lights on and off and bulb will turn on. Drive further and other bulb will go out. If I park it and turn it on bulbs are on no problem. What am I missing? Do I need Canbus? Maybe anti flicker?

I am having the same issue and hopefully bumping the post may bring some attention. I have the XB55W ballast and its mainly my driver side headlight that will flicker, turn off and remain off. I can bring them back to life but it wont stay turned on for long after that.

Check the grounds and if that checks out it may be the relay harness...

I'm pretty sure the newer light use Canbus for headlights. I would try a set of these and see if that helps.

I ended up ordering the capacitor link and have no more issues with the flicker nor the bulb shutting off. Hoping this fixed the issue. Not embarrassed to turn on my headlights anymore
