I have a 2009 F150 Super Crew. I replaced both of my headlights with Sylvania Silverstar Ultra bulbs which are 4100k brightness. Passenger side has a replacement wiring harness from being burned out from another set of lights. When truck is not running, both low beams work fine and one high beam is dim (passenger side). When truck is running, passenger side low beam does not come on and high beam is still dim. Clueless.
