Default Halo lights

Can I heat up an after market headlight to install color changing halo lighting on a Ford F-150 2010?

Yup. Aftermarket is actually easier than OEM.

Yes, aftermarket lights are usually much easier to open than the OEM ones.
Which lights do you want to open? I may be able to provide you with the size you will need. Its usually around 100mm.
