I am wondering if anyone has done this mod(blue led lights around the outer edge of the headlamp) or if there is a write up. I really want this done to my headlights.

Plenty have done this mod, only with either white or amber, or both ( DRL's and sigs). And there are indeed plenty of writeups fer ye to find. Consider it ye homework, lol.

Using any other color is ticket-worthy as it's illegal anytime yer in motion.

If ye plan to run them in the coffee shop parking lot to impress ye buddies, go ahead and knock yeseff out.

To install, simply research the best way to bake open and reseal ye headlights.
