Default Ebay LED conversion for '13 Screw

Hey guys, new here - great sight!!

So I got my interior LED conversion kit for the truck and have installed them. Its a cheapy set from "KeylessKing" off Ebay. I really like the light color and light level in the inside - compliments my grey interior.

My question is when I replaced the two cargo lamps (3rd brake light module) with the little flat 5 segment LED, when all the lights time out and go off, the center segment of the LEDs stay on partially, It is kind of hard to see but with the module out and in my hand - its really noticeable. Is this a LED thing or a truck thing?? And should I be concerned??

Any help would be great!!

Thanks!

I don't have experience with LEDs on my truck yet, but it is a common problem with LEDs in other applications as they wattage required to light them can be so low that what would not register on an incandescent bulb can cause LEDs to glow. This is an issue with interior LED lights in my wife's car where they never completely turn off, but they're dim enough to not truly be a nuisance.
