Hey guys,

I just purchased a 2013 Ford F150 Platinum and installed the Recon projector headlights with DRL LED.

Is there a way for me to leave the headlights in AUTO all the time with the DRL's to stay on all of the time. When ever I seem to put it in Auto the DRL's turn off. Any info would be great. Thanks guys!

 

You might have to turn on the DRL with a reprogrammer if they were not on before the swap.

 

I'm assuming I would need to take it to ford for that?

No. I can have DRL on if I put them on manually. But every time I switch it to AUTO, they turn off for some reason. I want to keep the lights in AUTO but be able to have the DRL.

 

Erm, Turning the headlights on manually is not DRL. thats headlights on.

A dealer can turn them on for you so they're on all the time.
