Default disable exterior lighting

Checking to see if the Forscan software can disable the exterior lights. I am talking about the puddle lights, the turn signals, and the cab bed lights. These are on the law enforcement models. We have to be able to exit the vehicle without lighting up the entire area when arriving at a call this is a major safety issue This would include disabling the flash and horn honk when locking the vehicle.
thanks

Are you a police officer? Doesn't the police have outfitters that do all of this?

Yes I am, but I am one of the guys who takes care of issues like this in the department. The issue is I cant believe that Ford sells these trucks as police patrol vehicles without the option to disable the exterior lighting. The company that installs our radio systems, the light bars, front and rear LED and sirens, and crash bars does not mess with the factory programming. The dealer probably has the option to do the programming but in my area thats a trip in for service. This goes right along with the fact that Ford is using the new switchblade key system with the transponders in the remote. So now to get extra keys for multiple users we cant just get keys cut we have to order them.

We have been using the Taurus and last gen Explorer up until the 2019 model year and on those all external courtesy lighting cold be disabled right in the vehicle settings. So no more Taurus AWD interceptors and the new generation Explorer has been hard to get for law enforcement and the price has increased almost $10K so our Sheriff went with 8 new F150 with the Eco Boost engines.

Will be experimenting with the Forscan and see what I can come up with.

Instead of experimenting, you should read the FORScan thread which has a spreadsheet with all the possible changes. Dark mode / silent car, etc.
