Default Best LED Headlights for Stock Halogen Fittings

Hi All,

Doing some research on the forum as per usual, and as wondering what today's take is on the available LED headlights that are out there that some of my fellow brethren have used on their F-Series.

Suggestions for someone looking to buy? Is it worth it? Brands you'd suggest? Something you'd do differently if you have installed them already?

Thanks!
DT

I have Diode Dynamics SL1s in mine, and I'm pretty happy with them. Obviously the ideal solution is to replace the complete headlight, but they're pricey as hell and there don't seem to be any aftermarket options available for '18s just yet. Got mine on sale for 120 from Stage 3, but they're normally 150. You have to peel back the fender liners to install them, but it's not that tough.

No, I just happened to catch them on sale. They might do something for Labor Day.

Been talking with the guys at headlight revolution, they recommend the supernova v3s over the diode dynamics. Do anyone have v3s that can verify?

I got the Phillips Ultinon bulbs. They are a big upgrade overstock, and the cut off is perfect straight-line. Super high-quality, Much beyond everything else on the market.

Unfortunately not. Good ones will cost a lot more. They are like $200. Here is a link. You may be able to find them cheaper elsewhere: https://www.powerbulbs.com/us/produc...ed-headlamp-h4
