Just Lost one led on the inner most D.S due to water Penetration on my 2nd set! ****ers were Sealed tight and still rain got in... Really Pisses me off, I love these things... But God Damn they're Junk, wish the hell the Came Sealed!
Anyone have any better ideas than Silicone???

Third set installed, fingers crossed! If this set fails Im gonna use the led potting solution to avoid this Nasty Issue!

Still haven't replaced mine. So far only 2 have died on one side.

As most know, its Seni-Tacky, so it likes to stick to the Mirror Housing! I'm pretty sure those of us that have water penetration on these Anzo's, is caused by vibration of normal driving or closing of the doors!
Also when installing these, they have to be Flexed pretty good to lock into place! Causing the Silicone to separate from the led housing, also allowing water to sneak by and getting inside! This time I applied some die electric grease to the back side of the Anzo's on the silicone itself when it cured, to keep it from stick to the mirror housing like the previous two sets Ive installed!

What about some of that flexible clearcoat stuff? Anybody tried it yet?
