Default AlphaRex Pro Series Issue - HELP!!!

Hello all - I have a 2018 F-150 XLT with the Stage 3 Motorsports Raptor Style Grille Lights and AlphaRex Pro Series Headlights that have had Hikari H7 LED bulbs installed with Anti-flicker device.

Well, only one of my headlights will activate normally when the truck is unlocked or deactivate when the truck is locked - they usually function fine when the truck is actually running and all accessories are turned on. However, sometimes the Raptor Style Grille Lights will not work regardless. This has all taken place after recently upgrading the high beam bulbs.

I have checked all connections, and attempted to contact AlphaRex (no help, no response) - I can’t figure out what the issue is. One thing I have noticed - if I unplug the battery connections, all lights will work fine for a while after reconnecting them.

Has anyone else had this issue or any ideas on how to solve it???

I tried to attach a video of the issue. Thanks!

Okay so just to clarify, do you have the full function pro series lights (The one with the DRL ring that turns on when the headlights arent on and gets brighter than when they are on)? It should have a separate relay and capacitor box that required to be tapped into the fuse box and to the battery.

The fact that they started acting up after the high beam install makes me think you're sending a bad signal to the computer. I know people have had issues when messing with the wattage draw with different headlights. I believe there is a way with Forscan to ignore that signal but personally i just ordered the OBD2 module and am just starting to explore the world of forscan so im not real familiar with it.

Mine do the same thing. I can remote start truck. Driver side will not work. Soon as i put key into ignition and turn on, the led bar comes on and works. WTF. Can't be a wiring issue. Got to be electronic. Need fix. Cant send back bc i got them off ebay.
