All things HID here!!!

I recently installed a set of retrofit headlights ordered from SickHIDs in my 2006 F150. I noticed that my left HID bulb is flickering like a candle flame. I have a relay harness hooked up but didn't know if I need to get a set of error cancellers. If I need them, would I hook one to each headlight or just the one with the flicker?

You don't need them.
What kind of bulbs and ballasts are you using?
Sounds like an issue with components.

All I know is that the bulbs are H1 6000k. The ballasts are slim and solid black with no logos/writing on them short of saying 55watt. My order doesn't specify brand either.

I'll bet that's why it flickers.
Try a quality set of bulbs and ballasts. If you want you could get a full harness too, do it once, do it right.
Check out TRS. They are the best quality for the money.
I would suggest 35w, 55w is just unnecessary - as long as you go with 5000k CBI bulbs it will outperform what you have and everything else OEM.

Unfortunately, I've run into yet another snag. My passenger side headlight is fogging up now. Haven't even had these damn lights one week...

Some fogging is perfectly normal.
If there's dripping condensation then that's bad, but fogging isn't a bad deal at all.
