Hey everyone, I just put in some sealight LEDs in my ford and the low beams are aimed pretty much perfect but my driver side high beam is above the low beam which is what I want but the passenger side is equal with my low beam it's not aimed the same as the driver side. Does anyone know how to fix that problem? Also I'm new to ford so any info helps! That's my low beams That's the high beams
Welcome. Please add your truck details to your signature using the user console.
What year Ford you working on? At that distance your high beams should be barely above the low beams. As your left side is now, you'll be lighting up tree tops at a distance rather than punching just above your low beams for visibility long range down the road. I think your left high beam needs lowering a bit and as you mentioned, the right high beam needs adjusted upwards a bit. Not sure what model you working with and whether or not you have separate low/high beam adjusters. I know on the 15-20 trucks there is only one adjuster that moves both beams together.
Update: Judging by your instrument panel its looks like a 15-20 truck to me. As I mentioned the stock lights only have a single adjuster for the entire light cluster. Make sure your bulbs are seated correctly in their sockets.

Need to make sure your high beam LED's is properly installed and clocked to the reflector design. The LED chips on the bulb needs to be oriented in the 3 and 9 o'clock position when fully locked into the reflector housing.
The adjuster works on the reflector housing that holds both high and low beams, they adjust together. Yes you need to "clock" the bulb corectly before aiming. The cut off should look more like,
These are freshly installed and not aimed. I used a local factory building to tape off the reflector centers, backed off 25 feet and aimed the passenger 2 inches low at the cut off, the driver 3 inches low. Only adjustments are up/down affecting high and low at the same time. KM
