Default 2017 Light Bar

I've been digging through the forums for a bit trying to find some info on how to add auxiliary lighting to my '17 FX4. Is there a mount you can buy to mount a single or dual row light bar behind the stock grille?

You may want to consider buying a new grille that has the light bars inserted already. Most mounts like that would require some drilling to make work and a new grille might save you some time and money down the road!

From my experience, depending on the grille, you wont be able to bolt a light bar behind. Some of the higher end F150's have a shutter behind the grille that closes at high winds so you'd be losing a bit of light. Mine ended up going where the front licence plate goes

Are the shutters just on the EcoBoost engines or are the on all of the higher end versions?

My XLT has them but I had read before that just the EB engines had them but Ford might have added them to others to increase MPG's.
