Default 20" light bar install

Just got a 20" light bar, and its too big for the center gap on my ecoboost. Measures 23" wide with brackets and bolts. The bumper gap is just over 21" wide.

How are you guys installing these light bars?

Is trimming required? I really didn't want to start cutting the bumper.

Nothing?

I'd like to see some pics of other installs. Or some feedback on the actual width of other 20" bars

I just had Elite Auto install a DDM 20inch LED Bar. Fit great, did not have to trim into bumper pads! Next up, 30inch in the Grill Baby!
