Tire size is tire size. If the numbers are the same as your truck then yes they fit. That's the exact size I use. The only difference may occur in the load index.

P275-65-18

That size is replacement for a 2011-up F-150 4x4 that has 18" rims. 4x2s with 18" rims have a slightly different size = 265/60R18.

Those 4x4 tires will fit on the 4x2 rims, but they are slightly taller so the speedo and tripmeter accuracy will be affected.

I was told that the 275-65r18 have clearance issues on 2wd versions. My 2wd (2008 model) had the oe 265/60r18 replaced with ko2 265/65r18 which rubbed. Discount tire recommended if I put highway tires on that I limit it to 265/65r18. They are 1" larger od than stock. the 275/65r18 are 2" larger than stock.

The height of an empty 4x4 is 2.5" taller than a 2wd; 1" (increased radius) is attributable to the tires.

I have stock 4x4 2017 - it has 18” wheels. I guess these fit but they aren’t E rated??

No, not rated for anything like an LT tire with load range C, D, for E.
Those are P-series tires, P275/65-18, not LT tires, so they don't have a load range.

The only stock load range E tires on F-150s are the 17" LT245/70R17E that are part of the heavy duty payload pkg (HDPP) on F-150s with XL or XLT trim

The 18" tires on 2017 F-150s with HDPP are load range C, not E. LT275/65R18C

Default 35-1250r18

My 06 Supercrew XLT 4x4, with just a front end leveling kit, only required a 1/8" hub spacer. Just barely clears the control arm if cranked all the way to left or right. Currently half way through the tire life on my 3rd set of tires in 8yrs. Won't buy anything else, great tires...... Federal Couragia MT-35-1250R18 Load E. O.E tire size was: P235/65R18......What a waste of time those are.
