yeah...not sure how you can compare the 5.4 to any of the modern powerplants in the new F150s. Even the 2.7 is better.

Of course you can. Been there, done that. For me, getting the HDPP to avoid this was worth it. No more dirty bikes in the TT. And it gives me wiggle room so that I don't have to scale it if my daughter wants to bring an extra stuffed animal in the cab

Just something to consider when filling out that order form. There are plenty of reasons not to get the HDPP as well. It's hard to find. There are limited options. The ride is not as plush. To each their own, just presenting options.
