This is the highest RGAWR I could find (in a few minutes searching) for an F150:

2011 F150 Scab with 4050 lbs RGAWR

The FordParts site seems to suggest it's a 9.75" because the only rear axle shafts it lists for that VIN are "Rear Axle Shaft; With 9.75" Axle ; With Base Payload Package".
Interesting, that shows 600 more pounds of GVWR than my 14 did, yet only the front axle has a higher GAWR than mine did, by 300 pounds. My 14 had a GVWR of 7100, with 3450 on the frot and 4050 on the rear, it also had the 9.75 axle.

As for my post about the semi floating axle, if its a one or two off load, not a worry, but if it is a frequent application to haul 2000 pounds around, I would be concerned about stress on the axle at the hub. If, as pointed out, the curb weight on the rear axle is 2300 pounds, and a load of 2000 pounds is added, then figure in the weight of the driver and fuel, it could easily exceed 4500 pounds. It already exceeds RGAWR by 250 pounds without the driver, or anything else that may be in the truck.

Of course, more GM lose wheels than Fords, so no worries, right?

My 2014 F150 HDPP has a FGAWR of 4050# and a RGAWR of 4800#. It also has a B6 rear axle code which is 3.73 Limited Slip, as opposed to Electronic Locker.

IDK what the latest solid 8.8's RGAWR is.
My very-lightly-optioned '16 5.0 XLT has an 8.8 Super. My truck's GAWR is 3800 lbs. The truck's Payload Package as sold is 6800#, it's Payload Capacity labeled on the driver door jamb is 2156, making it's as-sold curb weight 4644. That was what a '69 or '70 Ford Country Squire wagon with a 390 FE motor weighed. Yeehaw. Fwiw, with what I carry in the form of offroad recovery gear and some camp kit, I tool around every day weighing 5200 lbs (leaving me with a 1600 lb additional cab/bed capacity).
