What is SCREW? Is It A Package?

I am new to the FORD world. (Been a GM guy most of my life) I was reading the Tow/Haul thread and someone said they were ordering a Lariat SCREW 5.5 (I think) I was just wondering what SCREW means..... Is it a acronym for something?
