My head on a swivel, and a slightly louder horn takes care of those desperate to get out from behind my combo. When I see them zipping up beside trying to shoot a gap, a short 1-second blast and eye contact as they roll past either gets them to brake and not try to cut me off, or they roll further and don't merge so close. When you sound like a vehicle that may not be able to stop, most will treat you as such.

And yes, there are still those idiot that will commit to stupid anyway. Nothing that can be done about that except to find the county of residence of their license plate and forward the dash cam video to the local popos. I expect the best outcome will be a call to the owner and warning, but man, it's amazing how people will change their behavior when they realize that driving a vehicle on public roads isn't as anonymous as they thought.
