What load range tires do you use?

Dumped the OEM Goodyear Wrangler P-Metrics for Michelin Defender LTX M/S, E Load. Needed a better tire for towing, less sidewall flex/roll. Run 58 psi when hauling loaded trailer (8K), was a good switch. Run 37-38 psi when not towing.

The OE Michelin road tires at 35psi felt like mush and understeered badly. Replaced them with Goodrich KO2s of the same size and run them at 45psi all around. Excellent tires for gravel and double track dirt, AND I must not be too sensitive to the purported harshness of the ride because I find the firmness on the road to be reassuring and that they track like on rails. My 3.5 ecoboost truck still gets nearly 22 mpg on the highway (I generally stay out of the boost) and that is with that hideous air dam removed.

I too ditched the OEM Michelin P metric tires my truck came with (worn out with 26,000 miles on them...).
I tow, and do a bit of off-road, fire road driving so went with the Cooper Discover AT3 XLT load range E tires running 40 PSI all around when not towing, and 60 PSI in the rear and 50 in the front when towing.
They do ride just a bit rougher but even the sensitive wife has not complained about it. I am just not comfortable with P metric tires towing or off road. Weaker side walls mean squirming when towing, and side wall punctures when off road. I have driven off road my entire life (Own a 1971 Toyota Land Cruiser and have owned a Pathfinder and two Nissan Xterras all of which were taken off road. I still own the 2000 Xterra. I have seen MANY flats (side wall punctures or bead separation) off road due to p metric truck tires. I don't consider most gravel roads a threat to any tire...
