Default What is better?

I've been playing around with my WDH. As a result what looks like the best setup?

..............#1...........#2..............#3
Front ,,,,2860,,,,,,, 2980......... 3040
Drive ....3580....... 3360......... 3280
Camper 4220....... 4220......... 4320

Combined was within 20 pounds no matter the other settings, 10640 pounds. All weights are within the limits of the truck.

Thanks for the feedback.

Without further data, the middle one.
#3 seems to be unloading the drive wheels a bit,
What is/was the the weights on the truck front and rear “axles”.
What was the axle weights, truck & trailer, without the WDH spring bars engaged?

I am trying to get a general consensus on just the numbers listed without posting what I did to obtain those numbers. All the numbers are within the safe axle limits for the truck. The trailer weight is fairly consistent at about 4300 pounds. So, given that the weights vary on the steer and drive what option would give the best ride, etc.

#1 is best if your front axle weight with truck only 2900lbs
#2 is best if your from axle weight truck alone 3000
#3 is best if truck alone front axle is 3100

So all can be good you must share what the front and rear axles weigh without the trailer otherwise we can just keep guessing.

It depends how your truck weights without your tt.on fa mine only 2 people is 3450# so no one will be enough for me too light on steer. you need to know how you truck weights when tt is unhitched and all ready for camping to compare the 2 weights, closer is better and its normal to get a little less.

Ok, #1 is the truck without WDH, #2 and #3 are by adjusting the "L" brackets position while using the WDH. All positions result in less than 1/2 inch difference to the front ride height when using the WDH. The rear ride height dropped 2 inches without the WDH and only about 3/4 inch on the other settings.
What I learned from this, I could get by without using the WDH if I didn't have much in the truck bed. If I also have a load in the bed then #3 is best.

You should read your ford owners manual in towing section, all specs are written. And read your wdh instructions also. after you will know all the secrets.

The weights be for #2 don’t make sense, the camper should show some added weight with the weight distribution hitch hooked up, so that is weird.

I restore 1/2 of the lost front axle weight between no trailer and trailer with no wdh. You chart does not show a no trailer wieght.
