In short: the nose of the truck will ride 2.25" higher than it does now with the WDH and the rear will remain the same.
In long: The WDH distributes weight, not height to a vehicle's axles. If the WDH is set up correctly (per the scale) it will return a % of weight or force applied to the front axle of the tow vehicle.
An example of how a leveling kit may affect your truck in numbers:

You will light the way for Comets. Raising the front without raising the rear will cause the front to point skyward when hitched even with the WDH setup properly. You can only drop the front down to it's unloaded height, while the rear will remain the same as when stock. You cannot raise the rear to level with the WDH without removing all the weight from the trailer. By design the truck has the rake in it for up to 500 pounds of weight on the receiver to where it is leveled, above 500 pound the WDH is used to get the truck leveled. If the truck is level when unloaded, then the sag in the back will raise the front with just 500 pounds and no longer be level but nose high. You cannot get it back with a WDH.
