Ford towing guide shows a GCWR of 16,100 and a maximum loaded trailer weight of 10,700. Truck is a 4x4 with tow package ( No Max Tow) and 3.31 gears. I added the OEM brake controller. Have I left anything out?
You have a f150 with a GCWR of 16000 please tell me more. I have a 2016 f150 with a GCWR of 12,000. Is the 3.5 that much more than my 2.7? Also what kind of truck is a screw,

The 3.5 is much more than the 2.7 as ford configures. Screw is Super CREW.

Ok. Then the truck only with a full fuel tank weighs 7000 - 1892 = 5108
The whole family and hitch stinger weighs 5609 - 5108 = 501
Payload available for tongue weight 7000 - 5609 = 1391
We don't know the rear axle weight with the family on board. Could be about 2200 + 150 = 2350
So rear axle capacity available for tongue weight could be 3800 - 2350 = 1450
The limiting factor could very well be the hitch receiver. What's yours rated for? It's on the sticker underneath the bottom of the hitch receiver.

The limiting factor will be the hitch receiver.

Haven't looked at the hitch, but the towing guide lists the class IV hitch limits as Max Tongue Load 1,220 lbs and Weight-Distributing Max. Trailer Capacity as 12,200 lbs.

That's for the Heavy Duty Payload Package, which you don't have. Just go out and look at it.

Amazing the amount of time being spent on collecting incorrect information.
