Default trailer lights

hello members happy new year, i have a question i hope someone can help.i hooked up my inclosrd trailer today and plugged in the harness and everything works except my 12 volt interior lights. i have a 2012 f 150 4x4 ecoboost with 55000 mile. im wondering if i need to put a fuse in some where. the truck came with a spare fues but the service writer didnt know where it went and ive forgotten to ask the service manager. the brake controller works fine. any help would be great. thanks.

They go in the power distribution panel under the hood. I don't remember which spots but there is a legend on the inside of the cover.

There should have been a fuse, relay, and instructions included with the truck. The fuse and relay go in the underhood fuse box.

Relay goes in position #9, fuse goes in #21.
