Default Trailer brake controller not working

Good morning. I recently install the TBC original from Ford in my 23 F-150 XLT, easy job no problems there. I took the truck to the dealer to program the TBC twice and now on the 23 I have another appointment, this is the problem, everything works except when I press the break pedal doesn't activate the brakes on the trailer but if I use the slide switch at the dash board the breaks works fine, lights, self light check and everything else works fine, just the pedal doesn't activate the breaks. I'm pulling small travel trailer 20' long 4800lbs full loaded. Any suggestions? Thank you I'm advance for any help I can get.

First, did you buy an OEM unit form a Ford dealer? Not one that just fits in the slot, but an actual oem one?

X2!!! Has to be OEM from a bonified Ford parts department. Many of the clones never work properly.

Yes is a OEM, I bought it from Levittown Ford in New York. Lucas Ford did the computer settings.

I'd probably ask Lucas Ford? Any reason you didn't ask Levittown Ford to do it?
Did you 'set-up' the brake controller for your Trailer per the owners manual? Could it be needing more 'gain' ?

I didn't ask Levittown Ford because they're to far away from my house, about Lucas Ford, either they don't know what they doing or they doing care. I have a very disappointed experience with them, the truck has 7k miles and been there 6 times, they not even careful when the mechanic step in the truck with the boots full with grease and don't clean it. Everytime I go there I feel they give me the middle finger.

That stinks... Good luck with getting this corrected and future repairs. @Ford Motor Co. is often on this website, maybe reach out to them with your concerns.
