You can buy trailers in many sizes - checkout what's available in your area. I had a two Yamaha Raptors (700 & 350) and hauled them end to end in a trailer i bought from this company http://www.dvtrailer.com/listings/ - didn't even feel them back there. Drove them off and on using the 4 foot gate that folds down - very nice.

My neighbor just bought a 12'x7' with a full rear mesh gate and railings about 1' tall. The first sections of railing on both sides are removable and become ramps for side load, either side, without having another gate as a sail. It seems pretty nice and it fits his gf's '00 Yamaha Kodiak 400 and his '07 Yamaha Grizzley 700 with room to spare. It is a single axle Big Tex brand trailer he picked up for $2k in VA.

That is a URL for the exact trailer he purchased.
