Default Towing Package Question

I have a question about my 2017 SCREW 2.7 EB 4wd.
The window sticker listed the classIV Hitch Reciever and that option includes the 4/7 pin connector and the smart trailer connector.
My truck has the auxiliary transmission cooler already installed.
I checked ETIS and it is listed as the medium duty tow package in the list.
According to what I have been able to ascertain, the only item to mechanically have a regular tow package is the heavy duty sway bar.
I would be lacking the Pro Trailer back up assist and the tailgate LED
I looked through several truck specs in the parts list and the oil cooler mounted in my truck is rated for everything up to the Raptor.
The ETIS lists heavy duty F/R shocks
Am I correct in my take on this?

If you have the 53B Class IV receiver hitch but your window sticker doesn't also list a 53A or 53C trailer towing package, then if your take is you can tow more than a 5,000 pound trailer, your take is incorrect.

The order guide for the 2017 F-150 Class IV trailer hitch 53B clearly states: "Towing capacity up to 5,000 pounds on ... 2.7L EcoBoost engine (99F)."

I checked ETIS and it is listed as the medium duty tow package in the list.
The Ford RV and Trailer Towing guide states a medium duty trailer is a Class II trailer with 2001-3,500 lb gross trailer weight. Your receiver is rated to tow an "extra heavy duty" trailer that grosses over 5,000, but your receiver hitch is not your limiter. Your F-150 with that hitch is limited to a heavy duty 5,000 pound gross trailer weight.

Yeah, it's confusing.

The only mechanical component that is not on the truck that is on the 53B is the swaybar.
It is not just confusing, it is ridiculous.

I've been trying to get to the bottom of this for a while now and finally found a thread pretty much identical to this one.
I didn't mean to duplicate a question like this but it certainly is dumbfounding.
I've searched the towing forum six ways to Sunday and didn't come up with an identical thread till this morning.
This ranks right up there with the tow mirror issue as confusing.
Thanks Smokeywren for the input.
