Default Towing issue

i an towing travel trailer with my 2018 F 150 I have the max tow package. The truck power will pull without any problem however I still have a little sway and squatting even with load levelers. Any suggestions on tires on my old Dodge I ran E rated tires. Need suggestions for 20” rims best tires for towing.

Need trailer specs, and WDH hitch specs.

tires don't reduce squat. And yeah, need the WDH specs. if it wasn't adjusted on this truck for the new camper, it needs to be set up.

Trailers DO sway a little - they're top-heavy, and most have no shocks or anti-sway bars in their suspensions.

A truck with a big trailer WILL squat a little - it has to, to bear the tongue weight.

Nothing you've described so far indicates a problem.

I’m going to disagree that a little sway is acceptable. Sway is directly related to speed so are you experiencing sway above a certain mph? All combinations will sway if you go fast enough but the speed at which it does occur should be well above normal operating mph.
