That's the tongue weight of a dry and empty trailer. After you add batterys), propane, cooking and dining stuff, at least a few gallons of water to flush the pottie when on the road, cutlery and other stuff that all campers take with them, you'll probably be right at the 13% of gross trailer weight that the average camper has.

You should be within all limits of your truck, but close on GVWR. I would say you are good to go, but use the trailer to haul as much as possible of your extra gear.
