Can you show us the sticker that looks like this or just tell us the weight listed where it says "The combined weight of occupants and cargo should never exceed:" You also need to know the tongue weight of the trailer and the weight of occupants and cargo including the driver.

Your payload is 1530. How much does the trailer weigh? Which engine, which axle ratio? All of that is needed to know for sure. But your payload will be the limiting factor and 1530 ain't much. Somewhere around 6000 lbs is about as much as you need to tow unless you don't plan to have any passengers or cargo in the truck. A 6000 lb trailer along with the required weight distribution hitch will eat up almost 900 lbs of your payload. That only leaves you about 600 for you, passengers, and cargo in the truck. That is doable, but cutting it close.
I have no idea how much that trailer will weigh, but if it is 6000 or less you will probably be OK. That is 6000 lbs loaded, not empty. But you really need to find the rest of the info and do the math to be more accurate.

Thank you for your responses. I didn’t realize I was so close to the limits. I don’t enjoy putting out fires along the way. You were very nice to help me figure that out sooner than later
thank you again Rick. Moving on to Plan B. More fishing, more beer and less trailer!

Every 100 pounds loaded in the truck removes the ability to tow 769 pounds (100 / .13).

Assume at least 7,000 pounds wet and loaded trailer weight = 980 tongue weight (TW). Add 100 pounds for a good weight-distribution /sway control hitch = 1080 pounds hitch weight.
1,530 gross payload capacity minus 1,080 hitch weight = 480 payload capacity available for people, pets, toys, tools, campfire wood, and anything else that weighs more than a handkerchef.
So can you pull that trailer without being overloaded? Yes, but only if you have absolutely no weight in the truck other than you and a skinny sweetheart. No kids, no pets, no tools, no toys, nothing that adds weight to the truck. No mods or accessories that wasn't installed at the "factory". Plus load the trailer to not more than 7,000 pounds gross weight.
So the short answer is probably no. You chose the fancy-dancy Platinum trim which used a lot of payload capacity with luxury items and car-like suspension. There are lots of F-150s with enough payload capacity to tow that trailer without being overloaded, but yours is not one of them unless you have the discipline to travel very, very lightly loaded.
