Default Tow strap

I am looking at buying a tow strap so I can help get people out of the snow here in MN if need be. I am looking for some opinions on brand and length and capacity of the strap from some more experienced people. Thanks in advance.

If you are yanking out people that are stuck, you want a recovery strap. They are made to stretch like a bungee cord so you can use your vehicle momentum to your advantage and not tear up the other vehicle or yours.

If you are towing, then a tow strap is what you want. They are not made to stretch.

I keep a 20' 10k Tow Strap in the back along with 15ft of 1/2' dozer chain..... I rarely use the strap, I like the chain much much better.

Last year I used a chain rated at 15,000lbs with hooks, this year I'm hoping to have my winch on before the snow hits too hard and I'll be using that.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I was thinking of getting the one in the link below. Looks like it has enough weight rating and it gets good reviews.
