Tires
I have a 2022 F150 Lariat Supercrew with 20 inch tires. My 2019 had 18 inch tires., I am assuming that when i start towing the 20 inch tires will be better for towing. The tires are not LT. Thoughts?
In general. the 20" tires will have a lower profile, and should flex side to side, less. I have 18" as well, I even think there were a few years that you had to select 20" to get the maxtow. If they door is calling for 35 psi, and it's a decent size trailer, you might bumping them up a bit. My max is 43, I run mine at 37/39 when towing.
Everything else being the same there is less rubber between the wheel and road with 20" wheels. This makes for a harsher, sports car like ride and less tire flex when cornering aggressively. With more rubber between the wheel and road 18" wheels give a bit more comfortable ride and they make for a better combo when off road or on rough unpaved roads.
If they are inflated properly, it doesn't make much, if any difference for towing.

My ‘19 called for 20” with max tow. I don’t notice any harshness. When towing I fill to max psi. Heat build-up from low inflation when loaded is a major cause of tire failure. I do go “mildly” off road, I wish I had 18’s for that.
I would recommend replacing shocks before changing the tires
