Default Are these hitches reversible?

I mean, can I turn it upside down to raise the trailer tongue a few inches?

Most receivers I've looked at seem to list X drop / Y rise, so I'd guess it's probably fine. If you want to be sure, find one that specifically lists your target distance / direction. Most of them I have work that way and at least one [Mustang] is flipped for the rise position.

Normally you can. That said normally they say something like 2" drop / 3/4" rise like this one.

Thank you guys. I already bought it but it does not specify the "raise" part, just the "drop" part. But I guess for light towing it would work. Would mostly be for the U-Haul trailers.

Normally, I would say, yes, you can reverse it, I've never seen one that didn't state it was reversible, but then I noticed something else about that draw bar... it is rated 500/5000, while most of the 2" draw bars out there start at 600/6000. Could be the welds aren't stout enough for lift use, although I can't imagine why. At any rate, you can get a
600/6000 Towpower draw bar off Amazon for just $19 600/6000 Towpower draw bar off Amazon for just $19

I got one like you to haul around my utility trailer and for uhaul stuff. 500/5000 should be fine, especially for your truck.
