The alcan is an adventure well worth taking and the camping is great both in Canada and Alaska. But be prepared there are long distances between service's so you might want to pack some spare fluids and an extra spare tire for the trailer and some tools I know this will add to the weight but you will probably be glad you did. Oh and watch your fuel fill up when you can
The tools will be needed along with spare fuel i was towing only 3000 pounds during the summer when all the gas stations are open and still needed my fuel cans
