Sway control

Hi, Jose, and welcome to our campfire.
Your F-150 is probably the same as my 2012. The Owner's Guide in the "Driving" chapter includes a section on trailer sway control. It's right after the section on Advance Trac with RSC (roll stability control). Two ways to turn off trailer sway control.
1] Turn off AdvanceTrac with the button on the dash.
2] If you want to keep AdvanceTrac but turn off only the trailer sway control, my manual says "Trailer sway control can be disabled during any key cycle. See trailer sway control under "Message Center" in the Instrument Cluster chapter.
As I constantly had to tell my people in the field when I was at Hq USAF, if all else fails, "RTFM".The official description of RTFM was "read the functional user's manual", but most folks substituted the "f" for the word "functional". Functional means the division of the office you work in, such as vehicle operations, payroll or accounts payable. The functional user manual for your F-150 is the Owner's Guide, so RTFM for your F-150.
But why in the world would you want to turn off the electronic trailer sway control? It does absolutely nothing unless your trailer goes into a big sway, and if you have a good weight-distributing hitch with good sway control then your trailer should not be going into any sway condition. In 4 years and thousands of miles of towing with my F-150 with electronic trailer sway control and a Reese Strait-Line or Hensley ProPride hitch, the electronic trailer sway control in my F-150 has never activated.

Sway control
I'm not towing a trailer and the truck runs better without trailer sway I did read the Manuel doesn't talk much about it I do turn it off and as soon as I hit 40 mph it turns back on

How do you know it's on? I've never seen any indication that electronic trailer sway control was turned on. I have seen the AdvanceTrac light and the ABS light flash, but never anything about electronic trailer sway control.
Electronic trailer brake control is automagically turned on at 31 MPH, unless you have it turned off. Did you press the "reset" button on the instrument cluster display to turn it off?

Sway control
I work at a trailer dealership so I know about sway control weight distribution and brake controllers I know it puts more stress on the motor and transmission so why would Ford do it automatically I hear a difference on my motor it revs higher and the gears are different when I'm not towing
