You're looking for approval. But you will be way overweight. 1500+38(propane)+100(water)+50(food)+100(gear)+600 (people)=almost 2300, and I'm surely forgetting items.

Beyond the clear issues from a numerical standpoint, I'll note that a friend of mine in Montana had a slide-in on her F-150 and, after driving it for about 25 minutes at one point, I would definitely not want to do that. The handling was horrible, even beyond "I loaded way too much in the bed of this truck."
