The good news is that that hitch is like the ultimate weight distribution. The more tongue weight he has, the more it pushes down on his front tires. Of course, it lifts the rear, but who needs those when you have a FWD.

My guess its for moving boat/trailer from nearby storage to ramp......not general highway use.
