Default No Tow Package but Components are there?

I have a 2017 3.5L Ecoboost 4x4 with 3.55s. On my window sticker there is no tow package listed, it simply says "Class IV Receiver"

However, I have all of the components that come on the 53a tow package (the medium tow package) except I'm not sure how to tell if I have the upgraded stabilizer bar. I do have the aux transmission cooler in front of the radiator.

In addition to this, I have some items that are on the max tow package (I have a 36 gallon fuel tank and a 9.75 rear axle). The truck did not come with the TBC, but I added an OEM one and have had it flashed. Also, I crawled under the truck, and the sticker on the bottom of the receiver says max trailer weight without a distributing hitch is 5,000 lbs and max with one is 11,000 lbs. (I know that this doesn't mean the truck has a tow capacity of 11K lbs)

My truck has a GVWR of 7,000 lbs. My payload is 1863 lbs.

Can someone tell me how to identify if I have an upgraded stabilizer bar? It appears to me that the stabilizer bar is the only thing I might be lacking that would separate me from a 5,000 lb tow capacity and a 10,700 tow capacity. The RV I tow is a hair over 5K dry. I assume the truck would be fine handling it either way, but I'd prefer not to risk my warranty. If I need to upgrade the stabilizer bar, could I have Ford do it that way they could certify it as having a tow package?

Update..... I think I just answered my own question. I found a part number on my front sway bar. It's 5494. It looks like the upgraded sway bar is 5482 and I can order it for $56.43 from Fordparts.com

If I ordered and installed this, could I get Ford to certify that it has a tow package?

Honestly, I've never heard of a vehicle manufacturer offering any certificate stating you have added the components necessary to qualify as a certain package.

No matter how capable you make your truck, the door sticker won't change and they will not issue you a modified one.

For warranty, it's unlikely you'll have any issue related to pulling your trailer. If, by the slimmest chance, you do....that would be the time to point out that your truck has all the factory components necessary to pull that trailer weight. It's so unlikely you will encounter any issue, I'd just set it up to be able to pull what you need, and go about your day.

Looking at the Ford towing chart, with your truck's 3.5 Eco, 4x4 and 3.55 rear end, the minimum, maximum trailer weight is 10,700 pounds.

What does it matter if Ford "certifies" it has a tow package?

Ford has literature out that says towing anything over 5K lbs without a tow package can void the warranty.

If I were you, I would skip the OE sway bar and go right to a hellwig.

The tow package adds bigger sway bars, a bigger rad, and a trans oil cooler. You would need all to have a "tow pack"
