My experience with Blue Ox Sway Pro and Bilstein 5100s

Yep, FX4, just insane how big of a difference it is for such a minimal cost (if they were included as part of the package, not if you have to replace them aftermarket). Glad to hear someone else has had a similar experience, I've been just shocked how easy it's been towing this thing...

I run LT tires on my trailer vs. ST. When the state allows 80MPH, I am not going to be the guy running at 55. I'd rather stay home.

for those that haven't adding the hellwig rear sway bar to the 5100s completely transforms the truck. it was a real eye-opener. improved handling all around and the rear end doesn't have a mind of it's own anymore! (disclaimer - i did them both at once so going part by part may not yield the same feelings).

Sway Bar needed? Have a 2020 lariat (3.5) with max tow package. (ClasS IV hitch) . Will be hauling 20 ft airstream Bambi with UBW 4000 and GVWR 5000 and 540 hitch weight. Someone suggested Equalizer Fastway e2 sway bar. Any experience out there, and with this truck pulling a small camper do i need sway bar?

Sway bar and sway control are two different things. One helps with stability while cornering, the other controls trailer sway. The Blue Ox this thread is about has built in sway control, and works very well, and yes you do need a sway control weight distribution hitch for the Airstream. The Equilizer will also do a good job with the trailer.
