Just picked up a 2022 F150 Lariat 3.5 with Max Tow Package. What is in that package and how does it differ from the factory Tow package. Thanks

 

I've got a 2021 Loaded XLT with max tow and believe it is just over 13K.....not sure what the base is.

I think I read in this forum that a dealer could not sell a truck that had an open SAFETY recall on it ??
( RE: axle bolt breaking on max tow equipped trks with floating rear axle
You might want to check above out it is probably under that recall safety issue ??

• 7-pin wiring harness and 4-pin adapter
• 36-gallon fuel tank
• Integrated trailer brake controller

Tread lightly, many think they can hook up a 40' travel trailer, just shy of max weights. It's not how it works, at all.
If you want to know what reasonably you can tow, give us an idea what you are thinking and we will help educate / argue what is safe from our experiences.
