That is a beautiful trailer sir! I don't think I would be able to haul that one with my truck. We did look at them..they are a well built unit. Now...if we upgrade to an F250.....a Surveyor would be one that we would look at.

I have X chocks for mine, and that was the reason for my tip, not for roll away, but stability.

I made some like this years ago out of some old 4x6's I had laying around. I put them in before I disconnect so it won't roll away. Just make sure to recheck the tightness as they do tend to loosen as it is set up.

If it had a King Bed in it we would probably have gotten it even if the bunk beds are kinda tight for grown kids.
If you didn't get the Surveyor 247BHDS because it didn't have King, what did you end up getting? If I might ask.

Mike,
We are still looking for one.

We had to get a TV so we could tow it.

Now that we have the F150 we can get to looking when the weather cools off some.

I have the same trailer, well the 2016 version. If you're ever interested in some tips of the modifications I did to mine to make life a little easier (added storage, second LP tank, some of things I've had to repair due crappy assembly QC) shoot me a message. I have photos of everything I've done with mine so far. Overall, a nice little trailer.

That's the plan! It's just myself, my husband, and our two dogs, so the 18' is working out nicely...even better now with an upgraded TV (previous TV was my husband's 2011 XLT work truck).
