Default ladder rack help

Hey all,
I have a 2005 F150, 5.4L, 8ft bed, extended cab, payload package and am looking for a decent used ladder rack to carry ladders, wood, and my rowing shell on.

I found this one near me but want your input on to if it will fit my truck. From what I have gathered most ladder racks are universal fit within their bed class. Am I correct?

Here is the link http://fingerlakes.craigslist.org/pts/4973855943.html
It came off a 1999 Chevy

Thanks for any help, I want to go buy it Wednesday morning if it will work

it says all welded construction, so it may be slightly difficult to make fit as it's 5/8" inch long for your bed, but also will be slightly wider spaced (62.438" F150, 63.688" Silverado) for the front (cab side) and slightly narrower spaced for the back (62.438" F150, 62" Silverado), or tailgate side.

Hope this helps.

My local ford dealership got rid of one that came in on a used plumber's truck. Having it on the truck on the used-vehicle lot apparently reduced the number of potential interested buyers.

If you are handy with a welder, you could probably adapt to your truck. especially if it's for occasional use. For full-time installation, I would probably buy new.
