Question Install boxlink AFTER OEM bed liner installed

My 2018 F150 XLT came with the Ford OEM drop-in bed liner, but not boxlink. I shopped around and got the kit last week, but the liner doesn't expose the screw holes for the brackets very well. What's my best option to install?

If I try to pop the two pins in the rear of the liner (fat ones, about 16mm) to move it out of the way, the pins will be ruined. Not sure how to get them replaced, or if they can be. Saw Ford part # FL3Z-99000A25-C, but some vendors show it has the pushpins, others don't, so not sure what the story is there.

Anyone try to do this already?

Mine came with the oem liner and boxlink, and it is off as well, but I was able to reach the screws at a slight angle. If you absolutely cannot reach them, I'd suggest cutting the liner back with a blade, or Dremel.

My box link sits in wait of me pulling the liner again. The holes are not threaded so if you can't drive them straight you'll hate the look forever. Those big plugs pull out and are still good for another install or 2.
