Question Help me Build and Lift my 2014 F150 PROPERLY

I have a 2014 F150 XLT 4WD with 75k Miles. I tow a medium sized lawn and landscape trailer, it has to be under 5k pounds. I want to lift my truck and build the suspension properly, and make the truck safe, reliable, and medium tow-worthy.

In short I want to buy:
-6" Lift (Cannot decide between BDS, RC, SUPERLIFT)
-22x14 Fuel Renegades
-375/55 Tires (Puppy squashers)
-Upgrade brakes (Recommendations?)
-VMP Supercharger (Eventually)
-Steering Stabilizer (Recommendations?)

I know I need Sway bars, leaf springs, and a ton of other componets to keep the stock reliability of the truck. To all of the truck guys out there: LECTURE ME! (I am 17 and egar to learn)

EDITED:
I would also like to know the price of some of these componets, if someone could find them that would be great.

2 cents, keep truck stock, take all that $$ and throw it in a IRA ( $5500) and rest in some sort of 401 or stock market. watch it GROWW over next 5-10 years, get done with college / trade school, buy F350 disel, go ham with mods on that from all the $ you've made from interest over the years!
