15.2mpg on the lie-o-meter towing my micro-lite over four mountain passes with my 5.0 running 91 octane (post #33) The worst I ever got with my truck loaded with gear and towing the same camper with full fresh water tank and fully loaded (~ 4,000lbs) was 12.2mpg, also 91 octane.
