Default First RV trip

First trip with new truck 24 STX with the 2.7 Camper is a 6800 lb loaded 800 on the hitch everything still within payload and total tow capacity computer mileage at 12.1 mpg after fill up its pretty accurate compared to the Ram 1500 with the 5.7 bigger payload and tow capacity and engine the F150 shined over it. It was in the 90s and trans temp and engine temp stayed low couldnt ask for a better end result as far as the trucks going by I use a Blue Ox sway pro and when I seen a semi coming past me I grabbed the wheel and expected what never happened. With the Ram I was getting 8-9 mpg towing same trailer and alot of pushing when semis would pass only thing I miss is the V8 sound.

Congrats. The 2.7 is the little engine that really can do alot of good things.

Default Love my 2.7

I've got a 2018 STX scab with the 2.7. love the truck and drivetrain.
I tow a 3,000 lb boat and it tows it effortlessly. Doesn't even breath hard going up some step grades.
Congrats.
