Default First "real" tow

I have towed 2.5k loads in the past, but this is the first with roughly 6.5k lbs. Drove from Abq, NM to Denver, CO and got over 15 mpg to boot. Loving the ecoboost, it is a towing beast. I ran it at 70mph on the flats and down the hills, dropped it to 60-65mph climbing...took the Raton pass like a champ! Never came out of 6th gear except on the steeper grades and controlling downhill decents. The RAS absorbed all the bumps...actually felt more controlled with a load than when unloaded.

Crappy cell phone pic, but you get the idea.

Pretty good mpg for towing considering all those hills along the way. Loved the torque of my eb on all those hills too.

Should you need a reproduction window sticker for the stang let me know. I've been doing them on the side for years...
