Hello all,
I tried to install a LED strip on my 2018 F150 Larriat 4x4 V8 5l with a big problem. The LED strip works fine connected to the 7 pin plug when the motor is off and only the electrical circuit runs. When I turn the motor on the LED strip doesn't work. What could be the problem?

Need more info such as what terminal you connected to on the 7 pin connector....

 

Connecting it to the 4 or 7 pin will make your truck think you're towing a trailer all the time. There is a thread around showing how to connect it so this doesn't happen.
