Default Is this drivable? Anything damaged?

Just finished moving and need to go back for legal disputes against my apartment complex over the last few yrs. It’s a 8 hr 45min drive that took a little over 10 hrs.
Rolling hills about half way there and I won’t be towing anything.

I can personally feel a slight different with handling and maybe a wheel that kinda thuds? I wouldn’t have even asked if it wasn’t for the 8 separate drivers that flash, honk, throw on blinkers, hazards etc. I honestly don’t know what I’m looking at.
Looks to be a twee bit rusty
possible bending along with the occasional door dent that magically appears and makes the winder unable to roll up,
nothing a toilet plunger can’t fix.

Oh yeah 06 f-150 ext s-crew cab (not sure if tire size but takes 22 lug nut) whatever the bigger engine is that’s flex. I was towing the larger U-Haul cargo. That was completely filled bed+ cab. I had never quite heard of the numbers statistical analysis when it comes to loading a truck. I’m pretty sure I did the calculations correct. I would have been 2500 pounds less than the max at the absolute max max. Majority of the drive was just rolling hills.

It appears to be some stick on a bigger more structurally sound stick

feels like I’m sorta flying/hovering over the road.

Is there an actual question somewhere within that mess?

The wiring zip tied to both the frame and the swinging end of the spring shackle is fantastic.

I'll ignore the pictures and address the thumping. Check your tires, it could be dry rot, a tire with a flat spot, an out of balance tire, etc. Try rotating them and see if the thump moves elsewhere.

Just a follow-up question.

You want my opinion on this truck after I have looked at the pics on my 3"x 4" "smartphone" while enjoying my 6th beer with my fellow adult beverage consumers, while taking a break from solving the world's problems?

Perhaps an in person visit to a mechanic might be a better choice for you but I can wear my internet mechanic's hat while stumbling along the internet superhighway if you so choose.

You feel a slight difference in handling from when/what? From before the move or from something else?

I wouldn’t have even asked if it wasn’t for the 8 separate drivers that flash, honk, throw on blinkers, hazards etc. I honestly don’t know what I’m looking at.

It seems like the problem is pretty noticeable if you have people acting like that. It might only be noticeable while the truck is moving. Maybe have someone else drive it while you follow in another vehicle if possible or perhaps have someone drive it up and down a road while you watch from the side and see if you spot something. Another step is to try to find a reputable mechanic shop.

Looks to be a twee bit rusty

I’m guessing you lived somewhere where they salted the roads.

feels like I’m sorta flying/hovering over the road.

Worn out suspension, worn out front end, or bad tires. Could be any of these or even multiple.

.
Would all these folks have been in oncoming cars? Perhaps after dark? I'll let the internet follow-up with a possible reason

Drive in daylight so they don't flash at you? Swear all the sketchiest vehicles drive between 2 and 6 am in the dark with one and a half lights on.... in SC.
