But which brand of blinker fluid should I use? I mean the kind at walmart costs far less than the royal orange fluid but does it really work better?

I'm sure someone here can give you a part number for MotorCraft approved blinker fluid, but it should meet DOT3 specifications at minimum.

What about the rumors that the MotorCraft blinker fluid is made in China now and actually only meets DOT 1.5 requirements? Do you add DOT 4.5 blinker fluid to balance it out or just go straight DOT 4.5?
